We accept appointments and reservations in advance through online booking, phone calling, text messaging or through email.

Please remember to book your next appointment before leaving the studio to receive your desired appointment time.

We know your time is valuable, thus we strive to provide you with priority scheduling. We ask all guests to arrive 10 minutes prior to your service. Please call us if you foresee you will arrive more than 10 mintues later than your reserved appointment time.
We can not guarantee your service schedule if you are more than 20 minutes late. We will do our best to accommodate you for any reasonable delays; provide, however, we reserve the right to move or reschedule your appointment to the next available time slot, since we do not want to shorten your service and we may have a scheduled appointment for our next client.

Cancellation
We strive to provide you with our best services, so we want each client to show up on time for the appointment. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us for at least 24 hours in advance of your upcoming appointment.
All the cancellation must be made via phone call.
No-Shows
Customer who misses an appointment without calling us will be subject to a no-shows fee in the amount of $20. We will charge such no-shows fee to the credit card on file at reservation.

We value our customer's satisfaction of our services. If you have any issues with the eyelash extension services, you can call us within 5 days after your most recent appointment, and we will schedule a complimentary fix for you.
All request of fix must contact via phone call with us, and we will schedule the fix appointment for you.

All customers should make appointments of refill within 28 days after the most recent service.
We reserve the right to treat any refill appointment as a new set appointment, which subject to new set service and price, if such refill appointment is scheduled beyond 28 days period.

We accept payment via cash, debit card, Venmo and all major credit cards, except American Express.
Gratuities are not included in the price of any services. The gratuity is greatly appreciated by your service person. Gratuities are at your discretion.
